The International Scholarship Programme of the ENS Cachan is open to foreign students performing or who have studied and obtained their last degree abroad.

To participate, you must first apply online. The application form must be completed carefully. Master & PhD Scholarship, Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST)

The scholarship awardees will be provided with a monthly stipend 900,000 Korean won(around US $800) for Master, and 1,200,000 Korean won (around US $1,100) for Ph.D. programs throughout their study. No tuition or registration fees are charged. All applicants need to submit below documents including online application form.

•Completed Application Form plus Photo (image file)
•Statement of Purpose
•Housing Application (if applicable). Upload file through the on-line application system
•Resume (Curriculum Vitae)
By postal mailing

•SEALED Recommendation Letters (two)
•Undergraduate & Graduate Degree Diplomas (Official registrar from your institution needs to confirm that copy of diploma is identical with the origin.)
•SEALED Official Undergraduate & Graduate Transcripts (1 copy each), Including Grade-Point Average (GPA). Please submit a transcript after seal an envelope.
•Score report for English Test (TOEFL or IELTS or TOEIC or TEPS). Please submit the original certificate or make an overture to us about relevant website with login details to verify it.
•Two Photos (Passport Size)
All applicants should keep in mind the admission timetable in IRDA as follows. Applications for the IRDA program will be accepted twice annually. Admission periods are for both the Fall and Spring semesters. The current deadlines are as follows:
- for Fall Semester: by April 15
- for Spring Semester: by October 15

Applicants are strongly recommended to submit their application package before the application deadline. The admission approval notification is made no later than 30 days before the beginning of the semester.

The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) has selected the InnoEnergy consortium to form a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) in the field of sustainable energy. The InnoEnergy consortium is part of the strategic initiative of the European Commission, to bridge the innovation gap in Europe and secure a competitive European leadership in the sustainable energy sector. Our mission is to:


- Address long term challenges and identify new opportunities for innovation in Europe
- Transfer higher education, research and innovation activities to the business context and their commercial application (create spin-offs, start-ups and SMEs)

The Swedish co-location centre of InnoEnergy is responsible for Smart Electricity Grid and Storage. The Ph.D. School in Smart Electricity Grid and Storage is coordinated by the Colocation Centre Sweden and placed at the Royal Institute of Technology - KTH in Stockholm. Students can be enrolled and placed at any of the InnoEnergy degree issueing academic partner institutions in the eight countries participating in the KIC. When fully operational by 2014, around 80 Ph.D. students of the school are expected to be the prime developer of the smart electricity grid and storage systems of the future. The Ph.D. Program runs over four years, with the first year mainly devoted to specialized courses in subject areas and including course modules on management and entrepreneurship. A minimum of 6 months exchange at another partner organization and internships at sponsoring companies are some of the features of the Ph.D. School. All Ph.D. Positions are fully financed by InnoEnergy partners and the EIT. Admission is open to excellent students worldwide through a competitive selection process. Official language of the Ph.D. School is English.
